• Vehicle Handling: Drivers are responsible for the safe, lawful, and professional handling of all vehicles assigned.
• Compliance: All drivers must comply with local, state, and federal transportation laws, including company safety policies.
• Liability: The service provider is not liable for damages, accidents, or losses caused by driver negligence or misconduct.
• Scheduling & Assignments: Routes and assignments will be provided by the company; any deviation must be approved in advance.
• Payment: Compensation will be processed digitally after successful completion of the assignment and submission of inspection reports.
• Confidentiality: Drivers must maintain confidentiality regarding company operations, client information, and vehicle details.
• Termination: The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate a driver’s engagement for policy violations, unsafe behavior, or failure to meet standards.
• Equipment & Documentation: Drivers must ensure all required documents and tools (licenses, insurance, inspection forms) are valid and up to date.
• Acceptance: By participating in the drive-away service, the driver acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
